Regenerative grazing

Regenerative cattle grazing is a livestock farming system that aims to improve soil health, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration while the animals graze on natural grasses and forages. We try to mimic the grazing of large herds of ruminants in nature.

The herd is rotated by creating smaller plots for limited periods, then grazing at the highest possible density, moving quickly and allowing the vegetation to regenerate. Trampling, droppings, and animal saliva, combined with careful management, enrich the soil and improve its fertility, increasing its capacity for photosynthesis and carbon sequestration.
